Application area
The TF-SF500 integrator can operate with any bulk flow meter and handles up to two load cells or one LVDT sensor. Microprocessor electronics analyse sensor signals and accurately translate them into instantaneous flow rate and total flow rate. It can also be used for simpler control functions usually performed by other devices and offers compatibility with standard fieldbuses. Its patented balancing function eliminates the need to adapt load cells.
The PID function allows you to control pre-feeding instruments or mixing processes with two PID controllers. The SF500 integrator can also be used with one or more flow meters or metering scales to control mixing processes. It features batch dosing, load out and alarm functions.
